5. Liability

We take care in handling items; however, Prestige51 Ltd is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Items packed by the customer
• Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)

6. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made in advance. Charges may apply depending on notice given.
